Just wondering what other software people use for retouching (I’m talking mainly about portraits) other than LR and PS?

We dont have many portraiture members at the club so I doubt none of our members use anything specific outside of basic adjustments with LR/PS. Some of the apps Ive seen in the past allow you to change eye colour and smooth out skin tones but many of the features can be achieved in LR/PS anyway, it would just take longer rather than a one-click button.
Have you been taking portrait shots lately and did you find any useful software yourself?
