Yes, its true if you browse to http://www.photopea.com you have a webpage version of what is clearly a carbon copy of Photoshop. You can open/save PSD files, work on layers and use alot of the tools that you need to pay an Adobe subscription for. Its been around a while and it may help some members who want to learn Photoshop without any outlay. Also good if you need to edit a photo quickly and you have no editing tool on your current device.
